Returns & Exchanges

At Urban Body Jewelry, we prioritize hygiene and customer safety, allowing returns on unworn and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Due to the personal nature of body jewelry, all returned items must remain in their original heat-sealed clear packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your jewelry is still in its original, tamper-proof heat-sealed bag; once the seal is broken or the bag is opened, the item is no longer eligible for return due to health regulations.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the unopened items in a padded bubble mailer or a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit, as items damaged due to poor packaging cannot be refunded.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send the package back using a carrier of your choice with a tracking number provided to us, and allow 5-7 business days for processing once the return is received at our warehouse.
